high chapters a problem or is it dual layer discs?

Greetings!

	After building the latest 'vlc' from cvs tonight I went to watch
	"My Fair Lady" (ISBN -7907-4007-9) and ran into a bit of trouble.

	Playing from the beginning is not a problem.  But I had already watched
	the most of the movie earlier and watch to resume playing with 
	chapter 45.

	Selecting a chapter number higher than 32 causes 'vlc' to print this
	error:

	thread 135984896 error: mutex_destroy failed at (null):0 (Device busy)

	Some times when that error is printed the playing starts over from the 
	beginning (chapter 1).  Other times the playback window goes away and 
	I have to click on the "play" button again.

	Is there a "32 chapter" limit in vlc?  I do not think so.   Is there
	a problem with dual layer discs?   Ah, that might be more possible, no?
	Perhaps chapters 33 thru  50 are on the 2nd layer?   Selecting a
	chapter from 1 thru (and including) 32 is not a problem but if I 
	select 33 or greater it fails.
