Config/client use problem

This syntax is incorrect. I strongly suggest that network users only type :
vlc udpstream:
It should be enough, if you're not doing multicast. FYI, the correct syntax
would have been :
vlc udpstream:172.30.0.1@:1234

Otherwise, the right thing to do would be to launch tcpdump udp port 1234
and see if packets are coming.
