vlc 0.4.1 not compilling with ffmpeg 0.4.6 (cvs)

Something strange with the path :
/usr/local/include/ffmpeg//include/libffmpeg

 Are you sure to have specified the true location of ffmpeg sources
? ( by --with-ffmpeg-tree=< path to ffmpeg sources> )
