audio late

Guys,
I think vlc is great. V0.3.1 works really well.

However, I cannot use V0.4.1 or 0.4.2 because the audio is about 0.25 
seconds late.

Is there any chance of making the 'compensate desynchronisation of 
audio' setting take a negative number?
Then I could tell it to delay the audio by -250ms and sound and pictures 
would be in sync.
