vlc won't play -- Windows

Hello ALL,
I’m using the latest vlc version in win2000.
I have a server which transmits MPEG-2 SPTS over udp multicast.
When I open vlc most of the SPTS’s won’t play.
The video screen gets open but no video is playing.
Attached the logs for this run.
