DVDs not playing in windows vlc

The thing is that even if you keep the default DVDCSS_METHOD, libdvdcss is 
not supposed to fail like this. If it can't use the "key" method for some 
reason, then it should fall back to "title". So even if it's a good idea to 
add the configuration option, we'll also have to fix libdvdcss.
