dvd -input format

Hallo!

Thnaks for this software. For dvd it runs almost perfectly. (almost: the 
latest update [0.4.1]  for debian closes the video screen at the end of 
a title)

I usually play code2/PAL dvds. But i wonder if vlc also can decode NTSC 
(US) dvds.
I could not find any hint in the docs . Perhaps I overlooked it, but if 
 not, could you add a statement  in the vlc faq?
