vlc 0.2.92 & libSDL

Yes, we're discussing including that in the replacement
documentation for the Quickstart.

Meanwhile, It seems like vlc should be getting somewhere
close to posting a new 0.2.93 that doesn't depend on
libSDL-1.1 (or have 2 different versions?). I think the
latest vlc compilations are much better than 0.2.92 with
many more features.
