If you're using the cvs version then simply go to preferences --> audio and
enter the appropriate amount of milliseconds in the 'Compensate
desyncronisation of audio' box. If you're using 0.2.92 then you'll have to
specify it on the command line with '--desync <ms>'. I use 175ms to get it
perfectly in sync
