[vlc] IPV6 on vlc

Hi,

The ipv6 community is using VideoLAN to generate some ipv6 traffic on 
the rather empty native european 6net backbone.

For those who do this testing it would be convenient to know that the 
self-extractable vlc 0.4.5 w32 version
http://www.videolan.org/pub/videolan/vlc/0.4.5/win32/vlc-0.4.5-win32.exe
doesn't have ipv6 support, but the zippable version:
http://www.videolan.org/pub/videolan/vlc/0.4.5/win32/vlc-0.4.5-win32.zip
has ipv6 support.

To me it is not entirely clear why this is the case.
