[vlc] [vls] vlc version 0.4.5

Hi
I uncast 100 MB MPEG file on vls 0.4.0, the client(vlc 0.4.5) can only play 10 seconds and then
video stopes and audio becomes uncontinuous.

The MPEG file can be played well on local machine.

Configuration:
vls - CPU: PIII 800
      RAM: 128 MB
      System: RedHat 7.2 or RedHat 8.0

vls - CPU: PIII 800
      RAM: 128 MB
      System: RedHat 7.3 or Windows 2000
