hello Mr.Leitner Gerwalt,
        Sorry I dont know about the broadcasting intranetstreaming but,   
  yes videolan supports multicasting. In vls.cfg file enable the option multicasting. Then After starting vls on server, start vlc on server and thourgh menu file ->check UDP/RTP and type the default multicast address 239.2.12.42.
