Okay, two options here.

1) The one I'm sure works for certain:  /usr/X11R6/lib/libXv.so.1 is only in 
XFree86-4.3.0.  Upgrading to Red Hat 9.0 or installing the XFree86-4.3.0 
package (XFree86-libs-data specifically) from Red Hat 9.0 should fix it.

2) Or you can symlink /usr/X11R6/lib/libXv.so.0 to /usr/X11R6/lib/libXv.so.1.  
I'm not 100% sure that'll work, but I'll see if I can fix it in a 
sub-release.  Actually, try this one first and tell me if it works, then I'll 
just sub-release with the fix included.
