[vlc] Re: Exact meaning and cause of error messages

Dear Måns Rullgård,
I am intereted in making an interface with vlc. As I understand from 
your letter at least you succedded in sending UDP packet to vlc. Do you 
have some good specification for doing such a things? Some lib support 
the feature would be great help for me.
