[vlc] RTSP support

Hi,

I am using VLC for very long time, and its a very interesting and efficient
tool in order to transcode live streaming video.
I know that some people working for RTSP(protocol) support, and i would like
to know when is going to be released any version that supports this
protocol?

Please let me know even if there is any CVS version of VLC.
