Yes but i use pre-compiled libraries.
Do you know if there is any set of pre-compiled libraries that contains
these updated libraries..?

Or i need to download the ffmpeg 0.4.8 and compile it(in order to use the
libavcodec)?

Actually this error is incorrect.
It means you should get version 0.4.8 of ffmpeg :)
