I've try'ed to set the option, but VLC (0.7.0-test1wxWindows interface)
refuse to take that option. If I try "vlc --help --advanced" the option
is'nt decribed there.

This is a known issue with PVR cards. Please download VLC 0.7.0-test1,
and set the --cr-average 1000 option.
