[vlc] Re: vlc-release debian unstable

We did not update the VLC package in Sid since there has been no release
since 0.6.2. The 0.6.3 you mention must  be a cvs snapshot. In fact, the
next VLC release  will be 0.7.0, and  should be out... In  a few days...
(test1 is already out, test2 should be "released soon).
