[vlc] mozilla plugin

I installed the vlc plugin for mozilla.

The package put the shared library in the /usr/lib/mozilla/plugin
directory
for my box, I need it to be in /usr/lib/mozilla-1.1/plugin. So I copied
the file in this one then chmod a+x it but it seems that mozilla does
not see it. Why?
