[vlc] [vls] how to start vls

Hi, I download win version of vls but I can't used it :( I don't undestend
how to run it and start sending stream... Who can explain to me how to
start? I use XP Pro Corporate, try and win98 but it' not work... :( I think
that I doing sometging wrong... can you help me how I can run server and
play files via net? (in ethernet)
