I've got a dvd-rip with DD 5.1-sound. On my Apple PowerBook G4 I've
connected a "Sony PC Link kit USB/optical (PCLK-U5)" to my reciever with a
DD 5.1 decoder. When I play it in VLC, audio gets mixed down to 2.0.
I want to send the DD 5.1-sound to my reciever and let it take care of the
decoding instead. How do I accomplish that?

I've tried with ./vlc/Contents/MacOS/vlc --ac3-adec bypass
/directory/thefile.vob
