[vlc] Bug in libwin32_plugin using VLC 0.5.0-test3

Hi,

I am using VLC 0.5.0-test3 on WinXP Prof. Server is v. 0.4.0.

As usual I started the server and started a stream to localhost client.

Client on localhost then showed me udp panel and channel selection. When
I then go on OK it brings up a window with title "libwin32_plugin" and
the message: "Access violation at address 0041D376 in module 'vlc.exe'.
Read of address 00000000."
