[vlc] Re: Streaming with VLS Under Windows 2000

I have had limited success with http and udp streaming using vlc. However I
have noticed various issues with choppy audio, visual artifacts, and in some
cases dreaded "hangs". I wanted to experiment with vls to see if I can
produce any better results.
