[vlc] Compiling VLC 0.6.0 using v4l

Hi videolan group

I've compiled vlc  0.6.0 to use it as a streaming server using an 
acquisition card to capture live video.   what is the command line to 
read an acquisition card as input and stream the video to the network.
Any help?
