Yes. 

If you're streaming using multicast or  broadcast, the easiest way to do
that would be  to launch a second  vlc and hav it display  the stream as
any other client.

Otherwise, have a look at the duplicate option (only in CVS, I'm afraid)

Something like

#duplicate{dst=display}

should work fine
