[vlc] libdvdread play_title.exe on cygwin

I successfully compiled libdvdread(libdvdread-0.9.4) with
libdvdcss(1.2.7) on cygwin on WindowsXP box.

When i try to run ./play_title.exe it gives me 'libdvdcss error: read
error'.

I tried running ifo_dump.exe and it ran fine.

Can any one point me whats wrong?
