[vlc] Re: subtitles

Download vlc-0.6.0-test3 from
http://www.videolan.org/pub/testing/vlc-0.6.0-test3/win32/

In the "open file" dialog, check the subtitles checkbox and use the settings
to give the location of the subtitles file.
