[vlc] compiling 0.6

Hello


I try to compile vlc 0.6
I meet these problems

In the libogg tarball, there are symbolic links to install.sh depcomp
mkinstalldis and missing.sh instead of executables.
to compile the lib, I had to copy these scripts from an other package.
