The dummy plugin is just a vlc plugin that doesn't do much. But it is useful 
to process the vlc:whateveroptionthereis commands.

To check if you have it, just make sure it is in the list of plugins 
displayed with "opie-vlc -l".

It's not vlc:quite but vlc:quit
Try: "opie-vlc udp://xxxxx vlc:quit"
