[vlc] streaming and receiving with vlc

I have a PC with 2 Ethernet cards.
witch VLC command I should use to receive a multicast flow on one Ethernet
card(IP_Address1) and stream it as an unicast flow on the other Ethernet
card(IP_Address2).

Remarque:
I used this command but lets me only receive and stream on the same Ethernet
interface:
vlc --intf rc --sout udp/ts:unicast_adress:port
udp://@multicast_source_adress:port
