[vlc] New VideoLAN WIKI !

	Dear VideoLAN users,

Following a recent thread about the user documentation in this
mailing-list, Zorglub, Anil and I have set up a Wiki for VideoLAN :

	http://wiki.videolan.org/

The idea of this Wiki is to document what is not documented in the
official documentation, i.e. the tips and tricks for each O.S., the
graphical interfaces, and have a documentation as up-to-date as possible
with the contribution of the VideoLAN users and developers community.

We thought about having the following global structure :

* VLC Media Player
	- Mac OS X
	- Windows
	- BeOS
	- Linux

* VideoLAN streaming solution
	- VLC Stream output
	- VLS
	- Channel information service (SAP, etc...)

What do you think ?

Click on the "HowToUseWiki" link to learn the basic syntax and use of
the Wiki (5 minutes and you should be operationnal !) and play in the
"SandBox" before updating the pages of the Wiki.

This mailing-list is also the place to organize the efforts of the Wiki
developements. As soon as there are some interesting infos in the Wiki,
we'll link it to the main VideoLAN Web site and announce-it on the front
page.
