[vlc] Re: .wmv .wmv3

I think WMV3 is the name of the Windows Media Video 9 codec which is
currently not supported by libavcodec (this is the library used by VLC to
play Windows Media and some other formats). (WMV=WinMedia7, WMV2=WinMedia8)
