Well, this server is used for 2 purposes :

- The http  interface (on which garf is working),  but that is currently
thought as an administration interface, in case of streaming.

- streaming  over http. Using  this has  no point when  streaming files,
since you  get unseakable streams,  but can  be very usefull  to streams
radios, TVs, etc... (works roughly the  same way as icecast, without the
titling/"multicast" functions.
