I tried "vlc.exe --udp-caching=10000" (and other values)

The option is understood but it seems that it does not have effect
because as soon as I have entered the url (rtp://225.0.0.2:5678) VLC
is opening the window and playing the stream. Indeed, I think it must
wait the caching time (in my ex 10 s) before playing the stream ?

Does this option is implemented in the windows version ?
