Does anybody know whether or not the 206MHz processor is capable of
decoding TS streams coming from my dreambox?

You can best contact sam i think. He has been working on this in the 
past. (But gave up i believe :)

It would really be great to see support for WinCE. It would finally 
make us somewhat 'complete' in our support for different kinds of OS'es.
