[vlc] use vlc as a server

          could someone there knows how to turn vlc as a server?
          i was able to use vlc-0.6.2(red linux) read video data
          from cohu camera and display it, but not very successfull
          in stream outputing
           this and unicast or multicast onto the net, then run vlc
           as clients on any nodes to display the video data.
