Ok, this one is a result of the version number of the snapshot
which in fact is not a version number ("snapshot-20031016").
I'll have a look at this but in the meantime, just edit
share/vlc_win32_rc.rc and add: "#undef VERSION_NUMBER" at the
top of the file.
