[vlc] embeding vlc in a web browser

           is there anyone knows how to embed vlc into redhat/linux 9
      mozilla browser? as i know it can embeded into GNU/linux 
           is there also anyone there have actually loaded the vlc into
      solaris 9 and compile & link it correctly, i am having a hard time
      just to confugure it.
