[vlc] hi...trouble while receiving files via vlc

hi, i found that the file i am steaming is a "es" file and when i open it 
locally using vlc it is working fine..but when i want to stream it from 
vls it is saying, "es" type not supported..what to do..
if possible plez send me some TS files...
Also it is giving in the messages, no RTP header detected, what does it 
mean??????
