Well, the "8080/dboxstream" word seems invalid to me here

try : 

transcode{vcodec=mpgv,vb=1000,acodec=mpga,ab=192}:std{mux=ts,url=address/dboxstream:8080,access=http} (if I understand correctly what you are trying to do...)
