Looks as if the ffmpeg plugin hasn't been compiled...

Try with configure --enable-ffmpeg --with-ffmpeg-tree=/path/to/ffmpeg/source/tree.

This will compile ffmpeg statically, which  is usually a good thing with
ffmpeg.
