Not that we know of. It is used though by Vovida Software PBX/VOIP 
software: http://www.vovida.org/protocols/downloads/gdoi/

It is not a streaming protocol but more an encryption/decryption method 
with which a group of participants can view/talk to each other in a 
secure way.
