[vlc] Strange problem when streaming mp4 file in loop

I am streaming many mp4 file using vlc command line like this

/usr/local/bin/vlc /usr/local/video/HET_GROTE_ONGEDULD/dat_ben_ik-1000.mp4 
-vvv --intf dummy --sout 
#rtp{dst=233.10.51.200,sdp=http://mcast-server.belnet.be:8080/dat_ben_ik-1000.sdp,sdp=sap://,sdp=file:///tmp/dat_ben_ik-1000.sdp,email=philippe@belnet.be,description="Belgium 
National Research Network - VUB HET GROTE ONGEDULDE 10 
JAAR",url=http://www.belnet.be,name="BELNET-VUB: dat_ben_ik-1000",ttl=255} 
--ttl 255 --sap-interval 30 --input-repeat -1 --mtu 1200 --sout-all

The mp4 is streamead correctly the first time but after some time only the 
audio part off the mp4 is streamed no video any more.

Can some one tell me what's the problem.

FYI: the mp4 is made with the following script shell from a vob file.
