[vlc] VLC Playlist Options with Dummy Interface

Hi Everybody,
                            I need to start vlc in CLI mode and need to add 
several multicast stream inputs in playlist. Then I should be able to 
select and play each playlist item(here multicast stream input) from the 
CLI.  I did as follows to start VLC in CLI mode.
# vlc --intf dummy --quiet
#vlc --enqueue udpstream:<Stream Source IP>@<destination Multicast 
IP>:<destination Multicast Port>

But it gives errror that "unable to load CLI option" . can anybody help me out?
