[vlc] How to enable multiple VLC playback on one machine

Hello all,

I got  "main decoder error: failed to create video
output" whenever I invoke another vlc playback. I got
two gtk interfaces, however, the second video output
window appears and disappear immediately.

Any ideas? I am using vlc-0.7.2.
