Hello Marie,
although VideoLAN is a project of a French school, this is an
English-speaking mailing-list, thus please post in English, so all can
understand you and are potentially able to help you.

About your problem: MKV / Matroska is just a container, which may
contain data which cannot be read although VLC supports reading the
container. MKV-files do often contain data encoded with codecs like
RealVideo or RealAudio, which are proprietary and therefore aren't
supported by VLC. Please have a look at the information window while
trying to play such a file to get to know the used codecs. If they are
called something like RV40, etc., they are unsupported, if not, please
post again with detailed information on this issue. Please report also
potential error messages.

Kind regards,
Felix
