It would be easier to help if we knew exactly what you are looking for...
   - Are you trying to port it to a new platform ?
   - Do you just want to install it on a network ?
   - Do you need a different video or audio format ?
   - Are you looking to build a "set top box" ?

If you ask nicely perhaps the VideoLan team can help you out.
