[vlc] NEED HELP DOWNLOADING FILE

i have a sony erricsson 910I. i found the site finally. now i need to know how to download it to my phone.
 
1. i depress all the files and added all of them to my site these are the files but the phone still SAYS... need a viewer to open..
 
these are the files i downloaded..

libdvbpsi3-0.1.4.tar
libdvdcss-1.2.8.tar
libdvdread-0.9.4.tar
vls-0.5.6.tar
 
tell what what i'm doin wrong...
