[vlc] 30 Second Skip

How hard would it be to add / change one of the skip options to 30
seconds? Is this possible without recompilation? I have some shows
encoded that still have commericals and though 1 minute and 10 seconds
can be used together with reasonable success, they are a less than
optimal solution.
