[vlc] What I wish to be fixed in the next version of VLC...

Hello

In the new version 0.8.1 I can't "undelay" subtitles (inserting
negative value to "delay" only cuts the subtitles). I have to use
0.7.2 instead because in it I can make the subtitles show up earlier
(by inserting negative value into "delay"-field)...
